- Entity: Perfection International
- Registered location: Bongaon, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal 743235, India

3. Personal data we collect
We collect only the data we need to respond to you and deliver our services. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:
- Contact & identity data — name, email address, phone number, company name and any details you include in a message or enquiry form.
- Project data — information you share so we can deliver a service (brand assets, briefs, social media access, content, feedback and approvals).
- Transaction data — billing details, invoices and records of services purchased. Card and bank details are handled by our third-party payment processors — we do not store full payment credentials.
- Technical & usage data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and referring URLs, collected through cookies and analytics tools (see Section 6).
- Marketing data — your preferences for receiving updates from us and your responses to our campaigns.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of sensitive data unless you voluntarily provide them for a specific service, and we do not seek to profile or evaluate you beyond what is necessary to serve you.
4. How we use your data
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- To respond to your enquiries and provide quotes or proposals.
- To deliver, manage and improve the services you engage us for.
- To process payments, issue invoices and keep accounts.
- To communicate with you about your project, including updates, approvals and support.
- To send marketing communications and newsletters, where you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To operate, secure and improve our Website and understand how it is used.
- To comply with our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
5. Legal basis & consent
Under the DPDP Act we process your personal data on the basis of your consent or for certain legitimate uses permitted by law (for example, where you have voluntarily provided data for a purpose, or to comply with a legal obligation).
Where we rely on consent, we ask for it through a clear affirmative action, and our request is limited to the purpose described in the notice provided to you. Your consent is free, specific, informed, unconditional and unambiguous.
Withdrawing consent: You may withdraw your consent at any time — it is as easy to withdraw as it was to give. Email us at Perfectioninternationalbrand@gmail.com and we will stop the relevant processing. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal, and some data may be retained where the law requires it (see Section 8).
8. How long we keep your data
We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. When the purpose is served — for example, if you withdraw consent or a project ends and no legal retention applies — we will erase or anonymise your data, and we will require our processors to do the same.
9. How we protect your data
We maintain reasonable security safeguards, in line with the SPDI Rules and the DPDP Act, to protect your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or loss. These include access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, restricted staff access on a need-to-know basis, and agreements with our processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we continually work to protect your information.
10. Your rights as a Data Principal
The DPDP Act gives you the following rights over your personal data. To exercise any of them, contact our Grievance Officer (see Section 14):
- Right to access — request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it.
- Right to correction & erasure — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data, or to erase data that is no longer required.
- Right to withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time, as described in Section 5.
- Right to grievance redressal — have your complaints about our data handling addressed promptly.

12. International data transfers
We are based in India and serve clients worldwide. Some of our service providers may process data outside India. Where data is transferred across borders, we do so in accordance with the DPDP Act and take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected. We do not transfer personal data to any country or entity restricted by the Central Government.
13. Data breaches
We maintain procedures to detect and respond to personal data breaches.
